Pallet Racking Systems

Choose from a wide variety of racking, accessories and systems—including pallet storage, high density, cantilever, mezzanines and more.

Selective Rack

Selective Pallet Racking is also known as Single Selective Racking, and is laid out in back to back rows separated by access aisles for lift trucks.

Double Deep Racking

A double deep racking layout involves back to back rows of 2 deep selective rack. Each pick slot now has a front and a back pallet. To access the back pallet, requires a deep reach attachment on the lift truck.

Push Back Racking

Push-back racking has enjoyed rapid growth in popularity recently due to offering similar space savings as drive-in, with typically 3 to 5 times greater selectivity. This growth has been spurred by marketing trends such as rapid increases in number of SKUs, mass customization, and more rapid product obsolescence.

Pallet Flow Rack

This inclined system equipped with rails, incorporating wheels and brakes, ensures that the pallet will move itself from deposit to picking point. This system is ideal for ensuring a complete inventory turnover.

Drive-In/Drive-Thru Pallet Racking

Drive-in and drive-thru pallet racking systems provide a high-density storage solution for warehouses managing large volumes of product with relatively few SKU variations. These systems are designed to maximize cubic space by allowing forklifts to travel directly into the rack structure to load and retrieve pallets.

Because the forklifts operate within the racking lanes, the number of traditional aisles required for maneuvering is significantly reduced, resulting in much greater storage capacity within the same footprint.

This increased density does come with an operational consideration: drive-in racking typically follows a last-in, first-out (LIFO) inventory method, meaning the first pallet placed into a lane is usually the last one removed. As a result, it is best suited for bulk storage where stock rotation is less critical.

Cantilever Rack

MezzBuilt’s cantilever racking systems provide a heavy-duty storage solution for long, bulky, or irregular materials such as lumber, piping, and steel. Designed for medium- to extra heavy-duty loads, cantilever racks offer open-front access for fast, unobstructed forklift loading.

Built from high-strength structural steel, these systems feature adjustable arms for flexible storage configurations and long-term industrial durability. A tough powder-coated finish protects indoor installations, with optional coatings available for outdoor cantilever racking.

Available in single- or double-sided layouts, MezzBuilt delivers reliable cantilever racking solutions in Ontario for efficient warehouse and industrial storage.

We deliver customized, high-quality storage and workspace platforms tailored to your exact needs.
